Bill Palmer Insurance was founded in Lancaster, Ohio in 1977 on the belief that our customers' satisfaction is the key to our business. We have developed a name for that philosophy: it's called "Partnering".

We work with our customers to match-up the right company, product, and coverage for each situation. We believe that is why we have been so successful. Helping our customers discover their unique needs, then searching and tailoring products and services to match those needs, allows us to create a partnering relationship.

That is one of the reasons we are proud to be an Independent Agency and a member of the Professional Insurance Agents Association.
